I am going overseas for the Summer and therefore would love to rent my room out to somebody until the lease runs out. The room is available from the 10th of Novemeber 2014 until the 14th February 2015. Rent is $200/week ($866.67 per month) which is paid on the 14th of every month.
This apartment is located right in the heart of the city. It runs along Latrobe St trams and is only a 5 minute walk to Melbourne Central, RMIT University, Southern Cross Station and the Queen Victoria Markets. The room boasts a double view of the city and docklands and has an attatched en-suite! It also sits beside the beautiful Flagstaff Gardens and Flagstaff Station. The apartment is a 4 bedroom (with another main bathroom) and you would be living with my 3 other friendly and accommodating roommates. They are all Uni students in their twenties.
Apartment Facilties include tennis court, gymnasium and swimming pool. The aparmtent also has a large balcony, furnished living area and full kitchen facilties. The bedroom also comes with a built in wardrobe and large desk/bench.
I would also like a bond to be paid to me directly and am willing to negotiate a price.
